I know the weight of battles no one else can see. The smile you put on while quietly questioning your worth. The way you can walk into a room and still feel invisible, even when it looks like you have it all together. Silent battles like these leave you weary. They weigh you down and make you wonder if freedom will ever be possible.

Here is what I want you to remember. Grace is here to steady you. You do not have to keep striving or carrying it all on your own. You were created to be whole, worthy, and unshaken. You were made to live aligned with God’s design rather than the demands of everyone else. You are free to rewrite the story that pain tried to define, because brokenness is not the ending of your story.

That is why I created Pivot Point. This is not about performance or quick fixes. It is a movement born out of my own broken places and the God who met me there. Together, we will walk The Pivot Framework: Pause, Illuminate, Validate, Overcome, and Thrive. It is a pathway that leads you out of survival and into a life that feels grounded, whole, aligned, and free.

Hi, I’m Paulette, and I am so glad you are here. There is more to me than the title of coach. I want you to know the woman behind it.

I have been married to my husband, John, for 32 years. We started as two kids with no idea what life would hold. We have faced storms that could have broken us, but instead they built us. Today we stand side by side, weathered but stronger, still holding onto the love that has carried us through every season. As a mama and a Mimi, I know the joy of family as well as the ache of seasons when I felt too overwhelmed and broken to give all I longed to. Now, watching my children pour into their little ones and hearing “I love you” from my grandchildren has brought healing to my heart in ways words can hardly describe.

Outside of my family and coaching, I am a coffee lover, a thrifter who enjoys the thrill of the deal, and someone who treasures the simple joys of a good nap. I love heart-to-heart conversations that go far deeper than surface level. My church, Faith Journey, is a huge part of my life, a place where faith and community meet and remind me of what matters most. My faith in Jesus is the thread that has carried me through the lowest valleys and the highest mountaintops. Without Him, I would not be where I am today.
